Data we collect
When registering for the opening party: first and last name, companion's name and optionally email, phone and dietary preferences or allergies.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to prepare the opening party guest list and organise the event, based on the consent you give by submitting the form.
Retention
Registration data is deleted after the event. The exact retention period will be added on confirmation (see the list above).
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) run only with your consent, in which case data is shared with Google and Meta. Change your choice via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
