The DAO idea
All of Asia at one table.
The idea for DAO was inspired by Las Vegas, where large, abundant buffets are an experience in their own right. A place where, in a single evening, you can discover dozens of different flavours, try something new and choose exactly what you feel like having. We want to bring that same sense of freedom and abundance to Estonia, while giving it a distinctly DAO identity – with a focus on Asian cuisines, quality and atmosphere.
DAO brings together over 100 dishes inspired by the cuisines of Japan, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea and beyond. Sushi and dim sum, curries and wok dishes, teppanyaki, desserts and much more – all brought together in one generous buffet. Try a little of everything, discover new favourites and go back for more of what you loved most. At our live cooking stations, selected dishes are prepared right in front of you, while the cocktail bar and inviting atmosphere make DAO a place where there’s no need to rush the evening.
